What?

De barbell training is een zeer effectieve groepsles waarbij je gebruik maakt van een barbell met gewichten of losse gewichtsschijven. De zwaarte van de gewichten wordt aangepast aan jouw wensen. Deze les is ideaal als je wilt werken aan je hele lichaam. Je voelt je fitter en krijgt meer energie en kracht. Geschikt voor iedereen: vrouwen en mannen, beginners en gevorderden, jong en oud.

De instructeur, de muziek en de afwisseling in het programma zorgen iedere week voor een optimale workout. Voor iedere spiergroep nemen we een apart muzieknummer en doe je verschillende fitnessoefeningen. Op deze wijze ontstaat er een training waarbij je hele lichaam aan bod komt: benen, billen, borst, rug, armen (biceps, triceps), schouders en buik.

- Tijdens een barbell training les verbrand je ongeveer 600 calorieën.
